Payment, Delivery & Return Policy

1. ORDER

All of our products on the site can be ordered as long as it is available, products in high demand may sell out really quickly, please note that items in SHOPPING BAG are not reserved until you have confirmed your order.

2. PAYMENT CHANNEL

All prices on our site are displayed in Indonesian Rupiahs and will be charged in Indonesian Rupiahs. We currently accept direct bank transfer and credit card payment via DOKU or MIDTRANS.

For international customers, we accept payment via PAYPAL and your order will be converted to US Dollar and you will be charged in US Dollar.

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING

In the event that your payment can not be validated due to some reasons such as incomplete payment process or mistakes on account details, we reserve the right to cancel or not to process your order.

4. ORDER DELIVERY

In the event that your shipping or billing address is mistakenly or incompletely stated on our site during your order process, we have no obligation for any loss of items during delivery process and it is not refundable.

5. OUT OF STOCK

In the event that your order can not be processed in regards to unavailability of stock due to some reasons such as system fails/ error or out of stock, we reserve the right not to process your order and if your payment has been made, we will refund your payment based on the amount of payment that you have made.

6. DELIVERY AND RETURN

Please note that returns/exchanges are only done for defective items and must be done so within 3 working days from the day customer receive the package. After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item. This policy was implemented to protect ourselves from customers who abuse the system. For defective items: If we sent a defective item, we'd gladly do an exchange with returns costs (normal mail) covered. However, the exchange has to be for the exact same item. If the exact same item is out of stock or unavailable, then an exchange for another item of equal or less value or refund will be allowed.

To initiate your exchange/return, simply:

    • Order Number
    • Your Name
    • Reasons for the exchange

Note:

(1) We reserve the rights to accept exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. (2) Pelangi Asmara is not responsible for any lost of postage(s) during the returning of the goods. (3) All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). (4) Exchanges must be made for items of equal or lessor value. (5) Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of PELANGI ASMARA.

7. REFUND

Please note that refunds are only done for defective items and must be done so within 3 working days from the day customer receive the package. After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item. This policy was implemented to protect ourselves from customers who abuse the system. We need to receive the defective item first, then we will process your refund via bank transfer to your bank account.

We will process your refund within 1 x 24 hours after we received the defective product from you via bank transfer.
